Charbonnel et Walker is one of Britain's
earliest chocolatiers. They are one of the few
chocolate houses to hold the Royal Warrant
as chocolate manufacturers to Her Majesty the Queen.
When the partnership between Mme Charbonnel
and Mrs Walker was formed in 1875,
encouraged by the then Prince of Wales Edward VII,
all the chocolates were handcrafted by Mme Charbonnel
and packed in silk chocolate boxes
handmade by Mrs Walker.
In 2013, Charbonnel et Walker wished to reintroduce
to their customers, luxury silk chocolate boxes,
handmade in England for their fine handcrafted
decadent English chocolates. |
